Gravitational ripples

The small moon Prometheus pulls and deforms one of Saturn's rings with its gravitational influence.

Astounding.

It is astronomically fascinating!

At first glance, I thought it was an old 33 1/3 LP stereo record with a lonely piece of lint on it; a flash of ebony vinyl becoming a landing place for an intrusive, flying, fuzzy particle.

Having read further, I, too, am astounded by the actual explanation of the photo. It is truly amazing what goes on out there in the outer spaces of our universe.

I agree wholeheartedly. We're finding out so many amazing things just on Mars and Saturn alone, who knows what we will discover next!

And this is just in our galactic backyard! There must truly be other amazing worlds out there.
